Standard check-in is 5pm and standard check-out is 10am.
Earlier check-in times and later check-out times are available for purchase based on availability for an additional fee. Paid early check-in or late check-out prices are based on the requested times. The earlier the requested early check-in time and the later the requested late check-out time the more expensive the fee will be. After booking guests will be shown the early check-in and late check-out options and given the opportunity to purchase if they want. If no early check-in or late check-outs are purchased guest will have to check-in anytime after 5pm and check-out anytime before 10am.
Amenities vary depending on the location and listing. Amenities included in all listings include free Wi-Fi, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), iron and iron board, Smart TV with streaming, and fully stocked kitchen. See listing details for specific listing amenities.
All BurgBnB listings are smoke-free. All five Riverfront listings include sweeping views of the Susquehanna River, Riverfront Park and the Sunken Gardens. All two Downtown listings include city views.
As BurgBnB does not have a front desk, bag check-in before or after your stay is not possible. Check with your host if early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional charge. Sometimes it is possible for you to park early at the listing prior to check-in so you can start exploring the city by foot prior to your check-in without worrying about carrying around your luggage.
The guest can be refunded (net credit card processing fees) up until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Qualifying refund requests will be net of any credit card processing fees (Typically ~3.5% of of charged amount). Bay BnB LLC accepts prepayment by: Credit card. Qualifying requests will be refunded within 7 days.
BurgBnB charges a $30 per pet per night pet fee. As long as you pay the pet fee you are welcome to bring your furry family members along.
All Riverfront listings include one off-street parking space in the building off-street parking lot. It is highly recommended that you only bring one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will be required to park on the street. Downtown listings do not include parking and require street parking. Street parking in downtown is free from 5pm-8am and all day Sunday.
